Apply to bring your market stall business along to the Mardi Gras on Saturday 12th October 2024. 

Approved Applicants Only

It is essential for all approved applicants to have their written permit from the Torimba Committee with them on the day of the Mardi Gras.

Please return by post, email or drop off at Festival Hall by Wednesday 1st October 2024. Forms available online or from Festival Hall from the 27th of September.

What’s Involved

Stall Holders Fee: $10.00

Power cannot be supplied to any stall holders.

Please note on your application if you have already organised a location with a shop owner. If  not, a location with be assigned to you on arrival.

Terms and Conditions: It is essential for all approved applicants to have their written permit from the Torimba Committee with them on the day of the Mardi Gras. The stall holder hereby indemnifies and shall keep indemnified the Torimba Cultural and Festival Association Inc. Committee from any expenses, loss or damage arising out of any accident or any claims, demands, suits, costs or expenses in respect of any injury including death to any person or any loss or damage to property.
