It is essential for all approved applicants to have their written permit from the Torimba Committee with them on the day of the Mardi Gras.

What’s Involved

The Torimba Mardi Gras provides a fantastic opportunity for local businesses, community organisations, charities and regional vendors to showcase their products and services while being part of one of Ravenshoe’s biggest annual events.

We welcome a diverse range of stall holders who help create a vibrant festival atmosphere for our community and visitors alike.

Stall Holder Fees

  • Businesses: $50
  • Individuals & Community Organisations: $25

All stall holder applications are subject to approval by the Torimba Festival Committee.

Site Information

  • Power is not available for stall holders. Please ensure you are self-sufficient if your stall requires electricity.
  • If you have already arranged a location with a local business or property owner, please include these details in your application.
  • Stall holders who have not arranged their own location will be allocated a suitable site by the Torimba Festival Committee prior to the event.

Before You Arrive

Successful applicants will receive confirmation of their application along with details of their allocated stall site and event information.

Please ensure you have a copy of your approved Stall Holder Permit available on Mardi Gras Day, as committee members may request to sight your approval during the event.

Conditions of Participation

By submitting a Stall Holder Application, you agree to comply with the Torimba Festival’s Terms & Conditions and all directions issued by the Torimba Cultural & Festival Association Inc, event officials and authorised personnel.

All applicants are responsible for ensuring they hold any licences, permits or insurance required to operate their stall where applicable.

The full Terms & Conditions, including privacy information, participant responsibilities and indemnity, are included within the Stall Holder Application Form and must be accepted before participation is approved.
